Truebeam STx

The Truebeam STx incorporates advanced radiotherapy techniques for the treatment of cancer, such as IMRT, IGRT, Gated RT, RapidArc, SRS, and SBRT. It offers fast, correct, and accurate radiation delivery to small tumors.

The Truebeam STx can be used for treatment of any tumor requiring radiotherapy. It is particularly preferred in the treatment of small tumors in the head or the body as well as tumors which pose a specific risk to adjacent organs. Radiation is delivered to the target, minimizing affects to healthy tissues. The delivery system shortens the duration of radiotherapy while the high image quality allows for better positioning and precise delivery.

It can also be conveniently used in the radiotherapy treatment for tumors in organs which require monitoring of respiration, such as the lungs, liver and breasts.
