Navio Knee Robot

The Navio Knee Robot is the most modern treatment method used for traumatic and/or spontaneously occurring knee calcification. It is used in prostheses when the knee if not completely replaced.

During the surgical operation, the patient’s anatomy is loaded onto a digital format where this 3-dimensional data is processed and assessed by the surgeon. Accordingly, the patient is then fitted with the most suitable sized prosthesis component. The software detects the anatomical structures of the knee and by creating an image of the soft tissue balance, the surgeon is able to place the implant in the most suitable and balanced form.
